In this video, Glyn talks to Councillor Anne Crampton about plans for Fleet Community Hospital expansion and the attempt to introduce a parking scheme that could potentially help both visitors and staff. This was objected to by Councillor Alan Oliver, who believed hospital staff should pay a full daily rate.
