Be kind to yourself, slow down and appreciate your incredible body Growing a human can take its toll on you mentally and physically. Our Yogabellies for pregnancy classes help you to slow down and take time out of your busy day to day life for just you and your baby.
Surrounded by twinkly fairy lights, soft candles, beautiful affirmations and gorgeous aromatherapy scents, you can unwind and take a moment to appreciate your incredible journey.
Move and stretch your body, building strength for labour, learn gentle breathing techniques to help you birth your baby and relax with guided meditations that help you fall even more in love with this little piece of you.
You will leave our classes excited about birth and looking forward to the most magical day of your life.Classes currently running virtually via zoom on Tuesday @ 6.30pm until we are out of lockdown and allowed to continue in venue when we’ll be at the Covid Safe Zebon Centre.
