Police Hunt Burglar on the Run in Church Crookham

ACTIVE POLICE HUNT AS POLICE CHASE RUNAWAY BURGLAR

A search is underway in Church Crookham as a Police helicopter, multiple uniformed officers and police vehicles, all join to conduct a hunt for a person of interest.

The police have confirmed that they are on scene after being alerted to a burglary at 3.39pm today, in Chesilton Crescent, Church Crookham. One suspect was arrested at the scene but police are still searching for a second person described initially by officers as:

“Ginger, wearing a dark grey hoodie made of thin material, dark navy blue joggers, black trainers and white socks”

The description was later updated to state:

“Red top underneath the grey hoodie. Shoes are described as grey, not black as previously stated.”

FLEET POLICE HUNT BURGLARY SUSPECT IN CHURCH CROOKHAM

The latest update is that the police are still searching for the suspect on foot with dogs. Unconfirmed reports state that there may also have been a number of knives found in the local area.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and quote “573”.
