EDNA – THE RESCUE CAT ON BOP WATCH DAY 7

Edna the cat is currently residing at the RSPCA Millbrook Animal Centre after her owner was unable to look after her. Described as funny and sweet, she does however suffer from grumpy old lady syndrome and has no problems letting you know it.

At ten years old, Edna loves a good snooze and enjoys a quiet life with lots of relaxation…and if you choose to disturb Edna during her much loved naps…be prepared for a bit of a bop!

Edna’s antics have not damaged her chances of finding new owners thankfully as, after being put on “bop watch”, she has attracted not only a big fan base…but the offer of a new home as well. In fact Edna is so impressed with the offer of a comfy place to call her own, as she has racked up a grand total of seven days since she smacked someone for no reason…

We wish Edna (and her new owners!) lots of luck in the future and hope that they are able to enjoy many naps and cuddles together…without getting smacked too many times of course. You can follow her antics on the Millbrook Animal Centre Facebook page.

If you have room in your life – and your heart – for a new pet, please take a look at the Millbrook RSPCA website, where all kinds of animals from dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and chickens…to rats, hamsters, horses and many more, are desperately looking for new loving homes.

Edna may be off to a new home soon but there are plenty of others needing lots of love – grumpy or not!
