SUMMARY

The Village at Fleet pub – although this is in our ‘closed’ category it was actually…the pub that never was. After applying for planning permission in 2019, this pub is believed to have had issues with the lease and after a final application to extend usage hours for the rear patio was refused, the Aspley/Epic pub group decided to pull out of the venture.
